ABOUT BRIAN CRITCHLEY
I have always felt called to help others learn, heal and grow. When I was a young man I first discovered the healing powers of yoga and massage while I was an inpatient at a drug & alcohol rehabilitation center in West Palm Beach, FL. I'm grateful to say that I've taken those tools that I learned when I was just 20 years old and used them along with others I've picked up along the way to transform my life. During my early 20s, I completed my degree from Princeton University, attended a massage training program, and continued my ongoing dabbling in yoga studies. When I next met difficulty during my late 20s due to a serious back injury from a car accident, I strengthened my connection to these healing modalities. Yoga, massage, and meditation helped relieve my significant physical pain that limited my activity for nearly 18 months. This journey through healing during my early years inspired me to offer what I'd learned to others so that they may live their best possible lives, free from the physical burdens and emotional hurdles that life often presents. Since then I have devoted myself full time to being a healer, a guide, a teacher, and a mentor for others in need.
