This slower paced class focuses on poses to help your mind and body relax and unwind after your busy day. You can expect a balance of poses that work both strength and flexibility as well as a guided relaxation during your savasana at the end of class. (Also available on Mondays at same time)

Your class for both starting and deepening your practice. We will explore the basics of alignment and give beginners a solid foundation. For more seasoned practitioners, we will offer deeper expressions of poses to increase the challenge of your practice in a safe environment.

Wake up to an energizing practice to start your day. Class will include breathing techniques, sun salutations, invigorating standing poses, and heart opening postures to bring more energy into the body. (Also available on Thursdays at same time)
Intro Series
Wednesdays, 5:45-6:45pm

This series will educate beginners about the basics of yoga practice including breathing & relaxation techniques, proper alignment in poses for safety and maximum benefit, and prepare new students for other classes. Your yoga journey begins here! Course includes handouts so that you can practice techniques offered each week between lessons.
Private Classes

One-on-one instruction from a master teacher offers you the ultimate in flexibility. Scheduled at a time that fits your life, this class can cover your unique yoga goals: learn the basics, deepen your practice, explore challenging poses, or focus on relaxation and meditation.
Single One-hour class: $80
5-Class Package: $320
