SKYPE Class: Deepening Your Understanding of the Yoga Sutras

The Sutras are the foundation of our practice and maintain yoga’s link to the ancient oral tradition from which all modern yoga flows. This two-week series will deepen your understanding of the philosophical basis of yoga – the “why” behind the “what” we do – and help you utilize this deepened knowledge to impart wisdom for your students. Reading of the Sutras is required prior to the class. Study Guide to accompany your reading will be provided upon registration. 2 Week Series (July 14 & 21). Registration: $45

This can be a deep experience on a personal level for participants but can also deeply inform your teaching as well! Registration: $25.
